Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing may take the full three days — if anything changes, we will email you.
Shipping methods
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days within the US and 7–14 business days for international destinations. Tracking information is provided by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Express Shipping
Express delivery takes 2–4 business days within the US and 3–6 business days for international destinations. Tracking information is provided by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Complimentary standard shipping
Orders over $75 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. The option is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays. International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are determined by your local authority.
