1. About us
LUMÉRA Jewelry Ltd, registered in England & Wales. These terms apply to orders placed through this website and to your use of the site. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Product information
Our jewelry pieces are carefully handcrafted. Due to handmade craftsmanship, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. Small differences in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade jewelry and are not defects.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send dispatch confirmation — until then we may decline an order, usually because a piece has sold out. We will refund in full if that happens.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in USD at checkout. Payment is taken at the moment of ordering; duties for international orders are calculated before you pay where the carrier provides them.
5. Delivery & returns
Timings on our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment is received in full.
6. Intellectual property
All website images, photography, designs, logos, branding materials, and creative content belong to LUMÉRA Jewelry Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit any part of this website without prior written permission.
7. Website usage
You agree to use this website lawfully and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of this site by, any other person. We reserve the right to update website content and policies when necessary.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England & Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
