Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 40 countries. Standard delivery outside the US takes 7–14 working days; duties and taxes are shown at checkout so nothing arrives as a surprise.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 1pm GMT are dispatched the same working day. UK standard delivery is 2–3 working days, US standard is 3–5. Express options appear at checkout.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Every piece is nickel-free and finished over a brass base. If you have very sensitive skin, our pearl and rhodium finishes are the gentlest place to start.
How do I care for plated pieces?
Put jewelry on last, keep it away from perfume and pools, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Full instructions live on our Materials & Care page.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes — sale pieces follow the same 30-day return window as full-price items, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives in a LUMÉRA box and ribbon at no extra cost. Add a handwritten note at checkout if the piece is a gift.
