Thirty days to reconsider in the US, fourteen days by law in the EU — with a team that makes it simple.
United States customers
Orders delivered within the United States may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this window cannot be accepted.
European Union customers
Customers in the European Union have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Return conditions
To be accepted, a return must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Jewelry showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are covered by us if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent.
How to start a return
- Email care@lumera.com with your order number and the piece you are sending back.
- We reply within one working day with return instructions.
- Pack the piece in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the return is inspected.
